The company makes no claim on this website to hold BICSc accreditation, SafeContractor approval, CHAS accreditation, ISO certification, COSHH certification or any environmental or eco-certification. No claim is made to provide clinical cleaning, infection control, biohazard cleaning, pest control or waste management services.
No claim is made to operate a public office, depot, trade counter, collection point, walk-in premises, vehicle fleet, large team or any major contract. Any such requirement, and any question of insurance, accreditation or specialist capability, must be raised and confirmed directly, and should be treated as unconfirmed unless explicitly stated and verifiable.
6. Imagery on this website
Photographs of buildings, interiors, workspaces and general cleaning contexts on this website are illustrative stock photography, licensed for use and stored locally. They are used to convey the type of environment a cleaning enquiry may relate to.
Such imagery is not evidence of, and should not be taken to represent, actual completed work, staff, employees, clients, customer premises, vehicles, equipment, depots or accreditations of the company. No before-and-after cleaning result is presented anywhere on this website.
7. Confirming any cleaning work
Before any cleaning work proceeds, the following should be confirmed directly between the client and the company: cleaning scope and the areas included and excluded, frequency, materials and equipment where relevant, access arrangements, responsibilities on each side, timing, price and payment terms, cancellation arrangements, and any specialist requirements.
Nothing agreed informally through this website replaces that confirmation.
